Since inception, the company’s growth has been considerable and while it operates in the Jordanian market, but its reach has intensified to cover neighboring countries. A wide range of Masterbatch products are available: Color masterbatch, filler masterbatch, additive masterbatch, and special effect masterbatch. The ink product range also covers surface-roto, reverse-roto, surface-flexo, and reverse-flexo.

Masterbatch for Plastic
Masterbatch is a mixer of concentrated mix of colors. Masterbatch is mixed with Polymer to produce a homogeneous mix of a specified color.
It is used to add the right color to plastic finished goods products. Helal Industries produces a wide range of colors in high quality using best practices techniques.
Solvent Printing Ink
Helal Industries produces four types of solvent-based ink, namely: surface-flexo (HSF), reverse-flexo (HLF), surface-roto (HSR) and reverse-roto (HLR).
These types are suitable for a wide range of printing surfaces and meet customers’ technical, economic, and even environmental needs.
Polyethylene Powder
We produce plastic roto-molding Polyethylene Powder in different product characteristics such as color, softness, and enhancing formulae.

Filler Masterbatch
Filler masterbatch helps businesses in the plastic industry to achieve saving in the final product cost. The filler is produced from CaCO3 on a virgin resin base for application in the plastic product manufacturing industry. It also improves the mechanical and physical properties of the final product.
Color Pastes for Polyurethane sponge
Helal Industries produces color Polyurethane dyes to be used for manufacturing a wide range of flexible PU foam. The Polyurethane are specialized compounds that are superimposed on Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP), which is the most popular plasticizer. They are used in shoes, cars, and sponge manufacturing.
