In 2004, Helal Group extended its business and began to produce a new range of sleep comfort products, through a new subsidiary: Al Huda company. We manufacture a wide range of sleep comfort products such as spring and compressed foam mattresses in different sizes and finishing, polyester and medical pillows, bed sheets, quilts, in addition to memory foam and latex mattresses. The company integrated within its activities polyester manufacturing for its own use and as a supplier to the local market.

High Quality Spring Mattress
Spring wire thickness of 2.3 mm, Jacar fabric, polyester layer of different thicknesses, pressure sponge layer with non-woven and multiple thicknesses, side support panels, and a medical sponge layer with heights of 26 or 35 cm.
Memory Foam Mattress
Memory foam molds to the body in response to heat and pressure, evenly distributing body weight. It then returns to its original shape once you remove the pressure. In addition to protecting against impact, these properties make memory foam very comfortable.
Medical Pillow
